Delivery
The ordered items are shipped within approx. 2 days of receiving the order.
At the moment we deliver only to European countries. Customers from other countries can contact our customer service info@matteriashop.com for a quote. Within 2 days of receiving a list of items you’re interested in buying, we will provide you with a
price and shipping costs.
We ship deliveries within Finland using the Finnish Postal Service (Itella) and orders will be delivered to your nearest post office or to your home. Outside Finland we use the Finnish Postal Service (Itella) and United Parcel Service (UPS). These items are always delivered to the delivery address.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to prices indicated in “catalogue” and are displayed in total when you proceed to checkout.
Shipping costs per order within Finland are 7 EUR for deliveries to the nearest post office and 15 EUR for deliveries to home.
For all European countries other than Finland the shipping cost per order is 15 EUR for standard shipping and 25 EUR for fastest shipping.
Please note that you can also order products to other addresses than your home address, e.g. to your office or to a friend.
Return Policy
Please consider the environment before returning merchandise.
All customers who purchased a product from matteriashop.com have a fourteen (14) day right to return or exchange a product according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. Return right starts when the postal package or product is received. Product must be returned or changed within fourteen (14) workdays after the receipt of product.
Return right is entitled only for unused products. The customer may not make use of the product, but she/he can test the product and open the package.
Product must be returned in its sales package. Attached must be: a copy of the sales quittance, documents of return, copy of the delivery or corresponding, the guarantee and returning form fulfilled with right information.
Return of product bought from countries other than Finland must be done in UPS customer return package. In Finland returns are free of charge using the Finnish Postal service (Itella) customer return (ASIAKASPALAUTUS) service. Returns made from countries other than the country where the order was made, are paid by the customer. Alternatively it is possible to bring product to us personally. We do not accept any other method of delivery than UPS / Itella.
Return of product errors is free of charge.
